Corporate Agents N.V. was formed on March 1, 1972 in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles as a corporate management and professional trust company and has been providing management and fiduciary services as well as intermediary services within the financial, fiscal and legal field since its inception.

In later years, Corporate Agents expanded these services to various different jurisdictions. Today, the Corpag Group (Corpag) is a fast growing trust organization with offices in Curacao, Brazil, the United States (representative office) and Switzerland and associated offices in Anguilla, Aruba, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Malta, Nevis*, New Zealand, Panama, St. Lucia and Monaco (through its association with Jason SAM). These worldwide offices enable the Corpag Group to offer management and fiduciary services as well as tax exempt vehicles in most international financial centers, both onshore as well as offshore. Through working relationships with other offices around the world Corpag is able to provide similar services in countries such as The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and many more.

The Corpag Group is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and a member of the Transnational Taxation Network (TTN) and several of our staff members are members of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
